Rapper Cardi B has once again proven she doesn’t hold back, after firing off an explicit reply to a fan who questioned why she “keeps getting pregnant.” The reaction came shortly after she shared a raw and honest post about how tough this pregnancy has been on her body.

The Grammy-winning artist, whose full name is Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, is currently expecting her first child with NFL star Stefon Diggs. She revealed the news live during an interview on CBS Mornings in September, sparking excitement among fans who’ve followed her love life closely.

Since going Instagram official in June 2025, Cardi and the New England Patriots wide receiver have been spotted together at several public events, including courtside at a New York Knicks playoff game, looking very much in love.

Both Cardi and Stefon are already parents from previous relationships. The 31-year-old athlete has a daughter named Nova, born in 2016, while Cardi, 33, shares three kids with her estranged husband, rapper Offset — 7-year-old Kulture Kiari, 4-year-old Wave Set, and 1-year-old Blossom Belle.

Despite her physical discomfort, the “WAP” hitmaker told Gayle King during her CBS interview that she’s feeling grateful and empowered through this pregnancy, saying: "I'm happy. I feel like I'm in a good space. I feel very strong, very powerful that I'm doing all this work - but I'm doing all this work while I'm creating a baby."

Then, on Monday, October 13, the “Drip” rapper got candid with fans on social media, posting an unfiltered update about how she’s been coping physically this time around.

Taking to X, formerly Twitter, she shared: "I'm uncomfortable when I sit, when I lay down, when I stand up… I can't take this no more."

She paired the post with a GIF of actor Anthony Anderson crying from the show Black-ish, perfectly capturing her exhaustion and frustration.

Moments later, one fan replied bluntly asking, "Then why do you keep getting pregnant?," — and Cardi didn’t hesitate to shoot back with a savage, NSFW answer that immediately went viral.

"Cause I keep f**kin', she typed."

Her unapologetic clapback quickly caught fire online, racking up more than 33,000 likes and over 2,300 reposts within hours.

The internet being the internet, fans flooded the replies with laughter and support for her no-filter attitude.

One user joked: "Do you think this is your hardest pregnancy so far? cause sis… baby brim doing you in."

"Lmao realist s**t I saw today!," wrote another, while a third commenter added: "F****n hater ass energy and got met with IDGAF."

Others defended her right to live on her own terms, with one fan saying: "Real girl you need to catch a break."

And another chimed in to remind people to mind their business, writing: "F***n wild how everyone got something to say about how she living her life."

This isn’t the first time Cardi has made headlines for her bold posts. Just recently, she shocked fans with a viral photo that was flagged as NSFW, proving once again that she doesn’t care about playing it safe when it comes to expressing herself online.

Earlier this month, on October 6, Cardi sat down with Jay Shetty for his On Purpose podcast, where she spoke openly about motherhood and what she wants for her children.

She explained that while she’s proud of how far she’s come, her biggest goal is to raise her kids to surpass her in every way.

She shared her thoughts with honesty and emotion, telling Jay Shetty: "I want you to be smarter than me,"

"I want you to be — not perfect because you cannot make your kids perfect and you don't want you to put pressure on your kids [to be] perfect — but I want you to be a 100 times better version than me, and I'm gonna [instill] that in you and you're gonna be mad and you're gonna be crying, but you're gonna appreciate that one day because I wish the things that that I put on my kids that somebody put in me when I was younger."
