Megan suffers from OCD. She says that the birth of her child has significantly reduced her symptoms because she is conscious of her disorder and does not want to pass it along to her child.

At age 25, Jared was diagnosed on set as having severe clinical depression. He said it hit him like a ton of rocks. He was living the dream and had what seemed like the perfect life, but it was not all that it seemed.

He made campaign and shirt “Always Keep Fighting.” He is also a supporter of To Write Love On Her Arms, a nonprofit organization that helps those struggling with depression, addiction, and self-harm.

"If somebody has cancer, they are not embarrassed to have cancer - they know it is not their fault. They know it's a struggle. But, for some reason, if someone says they are depressed, they assume people are going to look at them like they have three heads. Hopefully, this is helping to start a conversation."

Carrie Fisher, widely know for her role as Princess Leia in the Star Wars series, suffered not only from bipolar disorder but also substance abuse. She has openly stated that she is mentally ill and not ashamed of it.

Michael Phelps suffers from ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder) since the age of 9. He mothers says that the combination of his medication swimming helps, but he also pulls out his eyelashes and has to wear fake lashes when he goes out.

In 2010, Demi checked herself into rehab for emotional and physical issues where she later was diagnosed as bipolar which came as a huge shock to her. She would one moment feel like she was on top of the world and unstoppable, but then she would just crash down into the worst depression.
