The 52-year-old actress, known for her role in "Married with Children," walked onto the stage to present awards for Outstanding Supporting Actress and Outstanding Lead Actress in a comedy series, alongside host Anthony Anderson.

As Applegate approached the podium in Los Angeles, the audience gave her a standing ovation, visibly moving her.

Jokingly, she said, "Thank you so much! Oh my God! You're totally shaming me [and my] disability by standing up," which drew laughter from the crowd.

She humorously referenced Ozempic, a popular weight loss drug, saying, "Body not by Ozempic."

Applegate then playfully remarked, "Some of you may know me as Kelly Bundy from Married with Children."

"We don't have to applaud every time I do something," following another round of applause.
