Meet Gabriela Peralta, a person who really loves changing her body in unique ways. People sometimes call her the "real-life cherub from hell" because of her unique style.

She recently shared her newest body change, and she's happy with it.

Gabriela and her husband Victor really enjoy getting tattoos and other changes on their bodies.

They've done many things like scarifications (which are designs made on the skin), getting their eyeballs inked black, and even splitting their tongues. They've been married for more than 15 years, and they first connected because they love changing their bodies.

Gabriela and Victor, who are 52 and 53 years old, have a total of 91 tattoos and body modifications between them. They're even in the Guinness World Record for having the "most body modifications" as a married couple, and they've held this record for 10 years now.

To keep changing her body, Gabriela, who is a tattoo artist, spent more than $1017(£800) to put implants under her neck. This makes her arms look bigger, according to her.

She said: "I wanted to make this modification because I want to add more to my body. In reality, a modification for me forms part of my complete appearance and makes a new detail to a set [I already have]. And all together, that achieves me."

Gabriela went through a procedure in Mexico called Biomech implants.

She and her husband were invited to be part of a show about body changes. Their friend Gato Moreno, who changes bodies professionally, asked them to stay at his family's house and visit his new tattoo studio. During the visit, he did the surgery.

First, they marked the spot where the change would happen. Then, they made a cut and put an implant under the skin to change its shape.

At last, they stitched up the area, and the whole thing took about 40 minutes. It cost $1091(which is around £858), but Gabriela mentioned that she didn't feel any pain at all during the process.

She said: "Pain is funny to me, as it can be felt for breaking something or an accident – but not for body modifications. The pain is part of the show, it has no comparison with anything else. You also have to bear in mind [post-surgery] that it’s important not to hit it and wait for the swelling to go down to achieve optimal results.”

On Instagram, there's a video that lots of people have watched (18,000 views!) and many people have liked it. In the video, you can see Gabriela lying on a special bed used for surgeries.

Two people are there with surgical scissors, gently cutting the skin beneath her neck. They put in the silicone implant and take out some blood, then push the implant in with a little bit of force.

Gabriela looks pretty calm as they move her skin around to put the implant where it should be. Gabriela, who is from Buenos Aires, Argentina, also shared some thoughts. She said: "I didn’t get inspired by anything and I’m super determined throughout. When I choose what I want, imagine how the finished and healed look will work out, then I’m going for it.

“For the most part, it’s just aesthetics. The people around me are used to seeing our changes, so they are not surprised and those who don’t know us much believe they don’t notice the difference between one more or less [modification]. For me, negative reactions don’t exist, as I don’t pay attention to them. I’m very sure of what I like and what I want for myself, so I don’t cater my life to other people and I don’t allow them to invade that. I am super happy and satisfied with the decisions I make. I don’t regret anything."
