The notorious video has been talked about extensively - we've discussed Haliey Welch's appearance in the viral video numerous times, and honestly, it feels like the whole world has.

But just in case you've taken a break from social media for a while, let's be honest, we all occasionally delete apps like Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and Instagram.

Yet, we often find ourselves downloading them again the next time we're in the bathroom.

Welch became an internet sensation on TikTok when she answered Tim & Dee TV's question: 'What's one move in bed that makes a man go crazy every time?'

Her response was unforgettable: "You gotta give 'em that 'hawk tuah' and spit on that thing, you get me?"

However, Tim Dickerson, 25, and DeArius Marlow, 24, also known as Tim & Dee, are upset that they're not getting any recognition.

In fact, Welch has even managed to trademark the phrase 'Hawk Tuah' for comedy and apparel purposes - and she did it with some help from none other than Shaq.

In an interview with The New York Times, Marlow expressed his frustration: "At the end of the day, nobody would know who she was if we hadn't highlighted it and posted it.

"A lot of the audience who hadn't seen us before think we only became known from this one clip.

"People treat us like we're nobodies and forget we already had a platform."

The duo often takes to the streets to interview tipsy individuals, and in Welch’s case, they chose Nashville's Broadway as their spot.

Their questions range from X-rated inquiries to just plain silly, spontaneous queries.

During that same interview, Dickerson clarified: "It's mostly just jokes.

"We're not pressuring anyone or anything — we're just capturing the vibe. That's what we do best."

The pair, who were roommates in college in Nashville, have been posting videos on YouTube since 2021.

Although it's not their full-time gig—with Dickerson working as a day trader and football coach, and Marlow as a videographer.

They told The New York Times that they've filed around 50 copyright claims.

Those targeted by the lawsuit have allegedly stripped Tim & Dee TV's watermark and re-uploaded the videos as their own.

Dickerson and Marlow have a legitimate grievance.

It's truly frustrating when others take credit for your hard work.
