Good customer service is given for any workplace. In fact, a good business is recognized when its customer service is remarkably good. As a matter of fact, one thing that is noticed by people first is whether the customer service is good or bad. If it's good, all is well, however, if bad then everything goes in the wrong direction.

Reddit user Sensitive_Positive37 shared an incident of bad customer service at a local grocery store. The cashier at the store refused to believe that the OP driver's license was real because it was an American one and the OP appeared to be a foreigner. This led to the cashier confronting OP for her nationality and in return destroying her ID card. However, this rude reaction of the cashier did not settle well with the store's management and in return, she was shortly fired from her job.

Even though the cashier was clearly at fault here, the OP still felt guilty and partly responsible after she heard that the cashier got fired. She then took to Reddit to share her story and ask people if she is the one to blame in this situation or not?

People on Reddit assured the OP that she was not at fault here, and the cashier had it coming for her ridiculous behavior!

Redditors weighed in on the situation by declaring:

  • YTA – You’re The A**hole
  • NAH – No A**holes Here
  • ESH – Everyone Sucks Here
