A guy's father canceled a meeting at the World Trade Center on 9/11 as his son was born on that day. His parents had three baby girls before he was born, he said, making it an especially exciting occasion. One user commented that he really saved his dad.
Dad Cancelled Twin Towers Meeting On 9/11 Because Son Was Born On That Day
TikToker Mark Bowling revealed his "craziest one-in-a-million tale," explaining that his father had always wanted a son and had "kept trying and just couldn't give up." Mark's birth would have been a source of immense joy for his father, as he had three sisters before him.
Mark wasn't born on his due date when he arrived, but he can't remember whether he was born early or late. In any case, Mark was born on September 11, 2001, the day his father was supposed to attend a security meeting on the "101st floor of Tower One of the Twin Towers."
Of course, Mark's father had to cancel all of his work obligations for that day due to the birth of his long-awaited son.
Mark's father may have been at the World Trade Center on the day of 9/11, sitting high up in a conference at the time when the planes crashed into the buildings if Mark had arrived on his due date or a different day entirely.
What should have been a day of great personal joy for Mark's family turned out to be one of the most tragic and devastating days in American history, and they would have no doubt been acutely aware of how close they came to losing one of their beloved family members.
