For a remarkable 25 years, Victoria Beckham, the renowned fashion icon and wife of David Beckham, has adhered to an extraordinary culinary habit. Without fail, she has consumed the exact same meal every single day, maintaining an unparalleled level of consistency in her dietary choices. Meanwhile, her husband, David Beckham, has recently revealed that there was a rare occasion where they shared the same meal, leaving him in awe of the experience.
Meet Victoria and David Beckham, the dynamic power couple renowned for their glamorous lifestyle, four beautiful children, and a £31 million London mansion.
However, one intriguing aspect sets them apart - their culinary choices.
While football legend David, aged 47, cherishes diverse flavors and delights in savoring various dishes, his wife Victoria, aged 48, maintains a refreshingly simple palate.
Incredibly, she has relished the same meal day in and day out for an impressive span of 25 years.
Throughout their marriage, Victoria's commitment to this unique food routine has been unwavering, with David recalling a rare instance when they actually shared a meal together, an event he fondly describes as the "most amazing thing."
But that's not all that defines Victoria Beckham - she has earned admiration and praise for challenging outdated beauty standards.
Emphatically stating that the notion of women aspiring to be thin is passé and old-fashioned, she exudes empowerment and positivity.
As she launched her VB Body shapewear collection recently, Victoria proudly emphasized its appeal to diverse body types, embracing and celebrating curvier figures.
Her refreshing perspective has inspired countless individuals to embrace their uniqueness and embrace their true selves.
Victoria said: "It's an old-fashioned attitude, wanting to be really thin. I think women today want to look healthy, and curvy. They want to have some boobs - and a bum.
However, Victoria's husband, David, admitted that the mum-of-four had "eaten the same thing for the last 25 years", much to his dismay.
"I get quite emotional about food and wine. When I'm eating something great I want everyone to try it," the dad-of-four explained on the River Cafe Table 4 podcast.
"Unfortunately, I'm married to someone who has eaten the same thing for the last 25 years."
David Beckham, the football legend, reveals that Victoria, his beloved wife, rarely deviates from her all-time favorite dish.
"Since I've met Victoria, she only eats grilled fish, steamed vegetables. She'll very rarely deviate away from there." he says.
David recently shared a sweet memory about his wife, a fashion icon at the age of 47.
On a rare occasion, Victoria tried something different and took a few bites from David's plate, deviating from her usual diet.
"The only time she's shared something that's been on my plate is when she was pregnant with Harper, and it was the most amazing thing," David fondly remembered.
"It was one of my favourite evenings. I can't remember what it was, but I know she's not eaten it since."
During a podcast, David Beckham shared another delightful anecdote, recounting how he enrolled in an Italian culinary course in 2009 while playing for AC Milan.
His motivation was to master the art of preparing the "perfect" ragu and risotto for his beloved kids: Brooklyn (22), Romeo (19), Cruz (16), and Harper (10).
"When I left Manchester and had to leave Manchester United, I was obviously devastated at the time, but it's really educated me in living in different countries, eating different foods, trying different things," the doting dad explained.
"When I was playing in Italy for 11 months, I was on loan at AC Milan. I'd train in the morning and in the afternoon I decided to take a culinary course in Italian cuisine. I absolutely loved it. I had a few private lessons and then it was in a class.
"But everyone was very focused on what they were all doing, so they weren't even bothered that I was ..."
David - whose eldest son Brooklyn is a budding chef - added: "I did the course because my kids' favourite food is Italian, so I wanted to perfect making the perfect ragu and doing the perfect risotto."
On a recent episode of The Late Late Show with James Corden, Brooklyn Beckham confirmed his father David's love for Italian cuisine.
During a fun cook-off segment on the American show, host James playfully inquired about David's favorite thing to cook.
The aspiring cook, Brooklyn, proudly revealed that his dad's culinary passion revolves around Italian dishes, adding another delightful layer to the Beckham family's love for food and cooking.
"He loves risotto," Brooklyn confessed to James during their chat.
