Do You Ever Wonder What God Was Thinking When He Made Certain Animals?

Have you ever wondered what God was really thinking when he made animals like the platypus or snakes? It appears that people who had some thoughts on the subject took to Twitter to give their hypothesies on how they think some of these strange animals came to be. The results are hilarious.

Dogs

We all know that dogs are ancestors of wolves, but you probably have wondered how certain breeds look the way they do. Because let's face it, there are lots of dog breeds that look nothing like wolves.

Seahorses

Seahorses sure are strange creatures. They are almost like little unicorns of the sea minus the majestic horn and glitter. However, we are with the angel on this one when God made it so the males were the ones to give birth.

Bats

Bats sure are one of God's creepier creations. They are hairy and have fangs and they sleep upside down. It makes us really wonder what he was thinking.

Playpus

The platypus is another one of those confusing looking creatures. The idea that God might have been high when he thought it was a good idea to make an animal that looks like that is really not that farfetched.

Praying Mantis

The praying mantis is probably one of the coolest bugs ever created. However, the fact that the female mates then bites the male's head off is a bit disturbing.

Parrots

Parrots are not very bizarre. In fact, they are quite brilliant, especially with all of their bright, bold colorings. The only thing freaky about them is they are probably the only animal species that can verbally communicate with people.

Hyenas

Hyenas sure are strange animals. Not only can they be quite deadly, but they also have that maniacal laugh that has the ability to haunt your nightmares. What was he thinking?

Snakes

If you really think about it, snakes are really quite peculiar. They are really best described just like they are in this tweet. They are just really long throats with faces. Some have baby rattles too.

Kittens

Not only are they sweet and fluffy, but they grow up to be total assholes. They have razors on their feet and razor sharp teeth, and they have no qualms using them on their humans especially if they are trying to bathe them.

Walruses

Not only do walruses look like a mix of a saber-tooth tiger and a seal, but they smell really bad and fling snot around. God must have been really tripping when he made these.

Whales

It must have been one heck of a party in Heaven when God was making all of these crazy animals. It seems like God might be a belligerent drunk with no filter.

Turkeys

Poor turkeys! They sure got the short end of the stick. It is just cruel to put a nut sack on any animal's face.
