Dr Pimple Popper Removes Gross Three-Year-Old Cyst From Woman's Neck Using 'Hole Punch'

This is the stomach-churning moment a dermatologist removes a gross cyst from a woman's neck - using a 'hole punch' type tool.

The woman had the cyst on her neck for three years and had been unable to get rid of it.

She admitted that even her husband had tried to squeeze it, but had found the lump impossible to pop.

Her last resort was to visit a dermatologist, in the hope that she could get rid of the cyst once and for all.

#2 Dr Pimple Popper uses the 'hole punch' to create a hole in the woman's neck

Dr Sandra Lee, also known as Dr Pimple Popper, uses a 'hole punch' type tool to push a hole in the centre of the lump before squeezing out a mass of white and yellow pus.

She then gets out a pair of tweezers to pull the rest of the pus from inside the wound, until it is completely flat again

#3 The pus oozes out of the open wound

To complete the procedure, she injects the lump to prevent infection before stitching the hole back together.

The gruesome video has now had more than 514,700 views.

#4 Dr Lee stitches the wound back together

Dr Lee is a dermatologist at the Skin Physicians & Surgeons practice in Upland, California, and often posts footage of gory spot-draining procedures for her fans to watch.

And she admits she finds the pimple popping procedures very fascinating.

Speaking to Racked.com, Sandra said: "I pop these things, and yeah they kind of make me feel good, they're satisfying, but it's not like I seek them out."
