Drew Barrymore Praised By Fans After Showing Inside Her 'Normal' Home

Fans of Drew Barrymore are heaping praise on her after she shared a look inside her home during her spring cleaning routine.

Known for her roles in Charlie's Angels among other films, Barrymore has always captured hearts, but it was her surprisingly modest TV and the simplicity of her home setup that recently captured fans' attention.

Despite her successful career, she chooses to live a down-to-earth lifestyle, splitting her time between Manhattan and the Hamptons after moving from Los Angeles.

This move was mainly for her children to be closer to their dad, her ex-husband Will Kopelman, and his family.

In a 2023 interview with the LA Times, Barrymore mentioned that she considers New York 'just a chapter' in her life, suggesting she might return to LA someday.

However, fans are currently enamored with her New York flat, particularly after getting a detailed tour of her kitchen.

You might expect a Hollywood actor’s kitchen to be decked out with the latest high-tech appliances like a self-cleaning oven or a sleek sink.

But Barrymore's kitchen tells a different story.

As seen in her recent videos, Drew, whose net worth is estimated at about $125 million, has kept things surprisingly basic with a simple gas stove.

As she embarked on her spring cleaning, Barrymore shared: "It's spring cleaning, everybody. Look at that now-empty drawer. How can I edit?"

This peek into her domestic life delighted her followers, with one commenting, "When you love Drew even more because of her stove!" 

Another fan added, "Your stove is so humble."

The video quickly amassed over a million views as fans appreciated the genuine look at her kitchen. 

One viewer commented, "A real used kitchen. I think Drew might be an original."

This isn't the first time Barrymore has invited fans into her home.

In a previous video, she shared her contentment with her home life, saying through a voiceover: "I know everyone thinks it's boring, but it's really not.

"It's the least boring thing. I am really happy being a happy little hermit. I love being at home. I never wanna go anywhere."

The size of her TV also caught some attention.

After posting a video of herself watching The Wedding Singer, one fan expressed their surprise on X, commenting:

"Why is Drew Barrymore's tv so small and bad. What's going on. I'm unsettled."

Another simply stated, "This TV is so tiny."

However, Barrymore does enjoy one touch of luxury—a walk-in closet, where she was seen modeling her outfits in the video.
