Tender breasts:you may feel a tickly when you touch them, or swelling. Your mammary glands are preparing to feed the baby.
Areolas turning darker: just like the tenderness, your nipples are getting ready to feed. They may get bigger, or darker.

Aversion towards smells: sometimes, even smells you used to like can make you sick.
Cravings: if you don't feel sick, you may be hungrier than usual. And you may crave something specific, you may even wake up in the middle of the night craving something in particular.
Tiredness:the rise in progesterone can cause tiredeness. You should rest properly.

Mood swings: pregnancy mood swings are similar to PMS swings.
Husband aversion: hormonal changes can make you want to be alone, even if you love your husband. You may be disgusted by his perfume, or just want to be left on your own.
Constipation: it doesn't always happen, but it could be a sign too.

If you think you might be pregnant, take a home pregnancy test. But it may give a false negative if it's too early on. A blood test is very accurate as much as six days after conception.
