Pinterest is full of nifty recipes that anyone can try at home. Unfortunately for many of us, when we try to tackle these easy recipes we are met with disaster as the finished product looks like some kind of nightmare version of what it's intended to be. #1 That looks dangerous.
I don't think the cake was supposed to look like it would slice your mouth open when you bite into it. This is something that you would give to someone you hate and wish harm upon.
#2 Elmo has seen better days.
The Elmo on the right looks like he's been tickled just a few too many times. I'm sure that any child that saw this cake would have nightmares for years.

This dragon egg cake looks so good. It's too bad that the person who tried to make one of their own failed so spectacularly. Don't quit your day job. Unless you're a baker that is, then you need to find another line of work.

This poor porcupine cake is begging for death with good reason. It's a particularly brutal fail. Just look at how badly the cake is melting. So sad.

Did this person substitute worms for their berries? These things don't even look like fruit let alone berries. I don't understand how you could fail that hard at something so simple.

The picture on the left is a serene relaxing image. The one on the right is a terrifying nightmare. They wanted to make the relaxing bear omelet but they ended up making his cannibalistic West Virginian cousin.

This fail looks more like a ball of molten lava than it does a baked potato. I didn't know that food could be burned to this degree. I'm never eating at this person's house for sure.

Cookies can be tough for even the most experienced cooks. If you don't catch them at just the right time the dough will expand and that will be the end of that.
