The tattoo that covers her entire back has now been revealed by Billie Eilish.

Last month, the singer gave her fans a little teasing when she shared a photo of her neck where the artwork was visible through her sweater.

Now that we finally know the answer, everyone is curious about how far down the ink went.

The 21-year-old has shared a number of wildly unpredictable photos on Instagram.

Some shots feature her shoes, her sitting on a motorcycle, and a strange book.

Another photo features a collection of Halloween pumpkins.

Still, another is a brief video of her looking into the camera with her new black and red hair.

One of these wildly different photos, nevertheless, features her recently acquired tattoo.

It extends all the way down to her waist from the top of her neck.

Even though the picture isn't very clear, the design seems to be completely black and seems like a really amazing sketch.

Fans' opinions were a little split once the entire tattoo was eventually unveiled.

Some believed it to be iconic, and one writer wrote: "Without words, this is incredible."

Another added: "It looks absolutely killer."

Others, though, weren't as convinced.

"Looks like an injury," said one viewer.

Another said: "Why is it so messy."

Some, however, are only interested in the backstory.

"IK it's none of my business but I so badly wanna know the story behind it," said a fan.

"Sometimes it's just 'I felt like it looks nice and I always wanted it' but I feel like this could have a really interesting story/meaning behind it."

Unfortunately, Billie didn't provide any information in the Instagram post's caption, so we don't know why she was inked.

She only included a scissors emoji.

According to Glamour, Matias Milan created the tattoo, and a quick look at their Instagram profile reveals they often go for a very certain style.

There were no dolphins, dreamcatchers, butterflies, or rainbows to be seen.

There are admirers who think Billie has been hinting at a possible new album.

Since she ceased marketing her single for the Barbie movie, she unveiled new hair, and her Instagram seems to have a different vibe.

Who knows, perhaps a new chapter in her musical career is about to begin.
