Turns out, crew members might be getting a little too comfortable mid-flight.
Flight Attendant Reveals Pilots And Crew Hook Up Mid-Flight While Plane's On Autopilot
Most passengers on a plane are just hoping for a smooth ride and maybe a decent in-flight snack. But behind the scenes, things can get a lot steamier—at least, according to one flight insider. She says pilots and flight attendants sometimes take their in-air duties to a whole new level... in the bedroom sense.
"Here's how pilots and flight attendants join the mile high club while they're on the clock and you're in the passenger seats." said Cierra Mistt, a seasoned flight attendant, in a video that definitely caught some people off guard.

Mistt broke down how it all works behind the cockpit doors. She explained, "So, there's sic at least two pilots in the flight deck, and there has to be at least two people in the flight deck at all times on the flight."
"If a pilot is hungry or has to pee, he has to come out of the flight deck, but a flight attendant has to go in there to replace him." she continued. "And that's how plans of initiation to join the mile high club are activated."
Basically, it’s an exclusive little "club" for those looking to spice things up 30,000 feet in the air.

These in-flight flings aren’t technically illegal, but they’ve definitely earned a reputation. Flight attendant Suzanne Bucknam, for instance, has caught people mid-action in everything from grimy airplane bathrooms to under blankets in their seats. She’s called it downright "icky".
Mistt, though, doesn’t seem too bothered by it all. She even hinted that she’s had her own midair fun while on duty.
Still, she pointed out that if pilots and flight attendants are going to hook up while on the job, there’s a whole set of guidelines they’ve got to follow.

Meanwhile, the rest of the passengers are waiting for coffee and snacks, completely unaware of what’s going on up front.
"Passengers have absolutely no idea what is going down in that flight deck." Mistt laughed, adding that "the plane is on autopilot."
And surprisingly, a lot of people weren’t even shocked by her confession.
"This is why all these planes are crashing." joked one commenter, making a cheeky reference to recent airline issues. "Pilots are distracted by flight attendants!."
"I wondered why the pilot is sweaty when he says goodbye to me getting off the plane." another chimed in with a laugh.
And one woman, who didn’t find it quite as funny, wrote "I love flying." and then added, "but you make me question my life on a flight!"
