The girl was found from what had once been a kitchen area and was protected by a washing machine and dishwasher. The rescuers say she was waiting for them, unfortunately, her mother didn't survive and was reportedly found dead a short while later.

Four-year-old girl rescued from the rubble 91 hours after an earthquake hit Turkey and Greece
Strong footage released online showed the little girl being found among a pile of rubble from a collapsed apartment building in Izmir, Turkey.
The little girl was taken out and wrapped in a blanket before being taken to a hospital. The crowd and the rescue workers gathered around clapped and praised God.
The girl had no injuries which is no less than a miracle, the source told the little girl had been trapped for around 91 hours since the quake hit.
Nusret Aksoy was one of the rescuers who found the little girl. He said he heard a child's scream so asked his fellow rescuers to keep quiet while they attempted to locate her.
They searched and searched and finally spotted the little arm between blocks of concrete and rubble.
The girl was found in what had once been a kitchen area, it looked like she was protected by a washing machine and dishwasher.
After she was found, the girl waved and smiled at the workers. She told them her name and that she was OK; she then asked for some water and ayran (a Turkish yogurt drink).
One of the workers said: "She smiled; she was waiting for us."
Izmir mayor Tunc Soyer also tweeted about this miracle, he said: "We have witnessed a miracle in the 91st hour."
"Rescue teams pulled out [the] four-year-old alive. Along with the great pain we have experienced, we have this joy as well."
17 hours after the quake, a 16-year-old girl was also saved along with her dog.
Speaking from the hospital, she said: "I am very happy. Thankfully my father was not at home. My father couldn't fit there. He would hurt his head."
"I am tiny. I am short, so I squeezed in and that's how I was rescued."
"We stayed home with my dog. Both of us are well."
A 70-year-old man was also saved by the rescue team from a collapsed building 34 hours after the quake hit.
The old man named Ahmet Citim said he 'never lost hope'. He was pulled out from the rubble and was taken to a hospital.
