#1 Tony Sellers was baffled when he arrived for his daily visit to see his mother Sadie - only to find an empty wheelchair in her room at Daleview House in Londonderry.
#2 Mr Sellers received a phone call from his daughter to meet her and grandmother at a restaurant nearby, where he quickly headed out for, to find his 79 year old mother as soon as possible.

#3 When he arrived at the restaurant, neither of the ladies could be found, and he waited by his car. That's when he noticed the pair in the tattoo parlor across the street.
#4 The grandmother-of-11 and retired civil servant had popped out with her walking frame to get inked with an outline of a heart on her left arm alongside her granddaughter Samantha, 22.
