These are the main differences between having a baby vs having a cat. LOL.
#1 Babies Vs Cats
Babies come into this world covered in amniotic fluid and resemble creepy little goblins or little old men. Unless you're prepared for a very long term ordeal, you may want to consider a cat instead.
#2 Cats Are Not Goblins
On the other hand, kittens are adorable, cute, independent, and they don't look like goblins at all. They don't even look like shriveled up old people.
#3 When Upset
If a baby is upset, you'll definitely know it. He will cry and scream, and be extremely loud until he gets all of your attention.
#4 But Not Cats
Cats will find a way to vent, but in a different way. They may go out hunting for the perfect gift just for you, like a slaughtered pigeon or mouse. Awww...
#5 Spoiled Baby
If you go overboard and treat your baby like it's deserving of everything the world has to offer, you may live to regret it as it gets older.
#6 But Not A Cat
Cat's won't grow up to hurt you and make your life difficult, they will just require more food and comfort. They won't break your heart or cause you worry and grief.
#7 When Babies Poop
Dealing with a babies poop is much more difficult than it is for a cat, but thank God for disposable diapers.
#8 They Use Their Box
Cats require some privacy, but they are clean and will always use their litter boxes. All you need to do is scoop it out randomly.
#9 Babies Don't Have Special Powers
Babies can make you look tired, run down, weak, and desperate, but otherwise, their powers are basically useless.. until they grow up.
#10 Cat's Are Super
Your cat does have super powers. He can see in total darkness, run really, really fast, and can chase a ball of yarn for over six hours without stopping. That's something!
#11 Romantic Moments
While babies tend to ruin those special moments by picking the wrong time for a feeding or diaper changing, cats seem to be more on the voyeuristic side of the spectrum. They just sit there quietly, taking it all in.
#12 Cats Are Just Better Than Babies
Cats are demanding enough of you to fulfill your inner need to care for another living thing, but not demanding enough to ruin your life. Unless you keep stealing his bedtime cuddle buddy, then it's OVER!
