Last month in December, Johnson noticed his classmate coking on a water bottle cap. Using the knowledge that he learned from Youtube, the brave kid immediately wrapped his arms around the student and performed the complicated Heimlich maneuver to save their life.

“He has always indicated that he wants to be an EMT. “So he got to put that desire into action and immediately saved that young man,” said Johnson’s principal Latricia Dawkins in conversation with Enid News & Eagle.

The action does not stop here as the same day, Johnson’s interest in EMT became more clear after he noticed a house fire and a lady using who was using a walker was leaving the home.

“She was on her porch. But I thought, being a good citizen, I would cross and help her get into her truck and leave,” he said.

Impressed by the kid's bravery, the Muskogee County Sheriff’s Office took to Facebook and address Johnson’s courage.

“Davyon performed the Heimlich maneuver on a classmate on December 9, and that evening helped a woman from her house that was on fire,” the post said, in part.

They added: “We are all so proud of you, Davyon!!”
