Hooters Employees Given Tights That Are Not Their Skin Colour

When Samantha Hernandez made a TikTok about the tights she got from her employer, Hooters, she was simply venting about a lack of colour options.

She then pans the camera towards her legs which look multiple shades darker than her hands.

When comments came pouring in, the speculations started getting strange.

She then moves the camera to a mirror to show how different her legs look from the rest of her skin.

Some thought she was black when they only saw the bottom half of her legs.

Another commenter speculated that perhaps they wanted to make their undergarments obvious.

Another guessed that it was to provide coverage. However, since the establishment was Hooters itself, this theory did not hold too much water.

One commenter however had experience working on this and revealed that the tan shade hid flaws in their legs, made everyone look the same and gave an '80s Florida tan'.
