Simply make this delicious warm honey vanilla milk and give it to your kids about a half hour before you know you want them to go to bed. Then they get nice and sleepy and you get your quiet time! It will truly help get you into a regular sleep schedule and give you a bit of your sanity back.

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE WARM HONEY VANILLA MILK:

1 Cup Milk

1 Tablespoon Honey

1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

HOW TO MAKE WARM HONEY VANILLA MILK:

1.Pour the Milk into your chosen mug.

2. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes until your milk becomes warm and has a nice froth on the top.

3. Stir in the vanilla and honey until well incorporated.

4. Sprinkle the cinnamon on the top.

5. Once your milk has cooled enough to enjoy, serve it up and watch your little one's eyes get nice and heavy!
