#1 Capricorn

Diet: Eat whole food rather than processed food. The main part of your meal should constitute fruits and vegetables. Avoid eating more of raw salads; instead, go for steamed or baked vegetables. Also, maintain a diary of what you ate throughout the day, for hard working, diligent Capricorns this is important.Keep a track of every little morsel of what you eat, this way you can cut or add types of foods or control portions in your diet.

Exercises: You'll do best with martial arts or weight training. You need to prove you are disciplined, competent and the master of your own game. Also, Regular, think gym class,exercises are your forte! If possible, every hour stretch your legs or increase your daily activity routine. Go for power yoga, squats, cardio or simple walking.

Diet: Include more of green leafy vegetables in your diet. Green leafy vegetables are full of nutrients that help feed body and build muscles. Include more of dry nuts like almonds, walnuts etc. Food is not just for filling your stomach but also for feeding your brain. Aquarius like to eat ‘what and when-I-like' so try using olive oil as preferred cooking oil. Start your day with protein-Paneer, eggs, low fat cheese or soy milk.

Exercise: You will do best with team sports where winning is everything. A short-term, intense regimen or a weight loss competition with a friend will shed those pounds quickly.

Diet: The general liking is for sweet and sour, so a tinge of lemon juice or drop of honey over natural fruits and salads may satiate inner longings. Include high fiber and low-calorie food diet like beans, cabbage, spinach, lettuce and fruits. High fiber diet will help to cover your hunger pangs and also give a feeling of satisfaction. A meal should contain a bowl of lentils, salad with lemon and honey dressing as well as fruits like apricots, oranges, and grapes. Drink plenty of water.

Exercise: Hiking, skiing and swimming are all good activities for you. If you don't have a dog (you probably do), get one and take it for frequent walks. You'll cheerfully and steadfastly stick to a fitness routine if it's predictable, slightly boring, and shows practical results.

Including protein-rich food in your diet may help lose weight as protein takes longer to digest and suppresses hunger pangs. Onions and garlic can be used freely in food. Boiled mashed potatoes with garlic and parsley, mushrooms and if non-vegetarian lean fish are good sources of protein and good for your nervous and body system.

Now, to lose weight this is one food item I don't recommend for you but natural weakness will not keep you away from it so, follow this simple formula; avoid eating rice at night and eat small portions of it or substitute rice with brown rice or Quinoa (a new grain in the market). Also, reduce salt intake.

Exercise: You respond beautifully to any long-term fitness program. You will do much better with a home workout than joining a gym or team sports. Get a treadmill and read your new cookbook or a craft book while you walk. Swimming is not only enjoyable but also a good body exercise especially in summers.

Diet: Almonds, most nuts actually, are known for being healthy snack food and are also high in omegas, and does two jobs, one, fill you up and second, help you keep healthy. Your diet may include more of complex carbohydrates or more of grilled Vegetables/Meat. You may have a surplus of fresh fruits like strawberries, oranges, avocado or kiwi. Cool salads and juices are also good for your system.

Whatever may be the main menu the dessert is probably always special for you. Exercise: Honor your partnership House by enlisting a friend or family member as an exercise buddy. You likely won't stick with anything that you have to do alone. But with a partner you can enjoy just about any type of exercise or sport.

Diet: 1) Pomegranate is a good choice, but how about using beetroot in salads. Try using beetroot and reap slimming effects. You may also include red tomatoes, red cherries, and oranges in your salad or in your dessert. Mars ruled people may like chilies and exotic food over a bland but nutritious food. If eaten in moderation, chilies may aid in losing weight. Drink at least 7-8 glasses of water a day.
