Phillip knows not to ask Jessica about her day, because he knows it's stressful. She has to help people all day, whether they're stroke victims, people who have been in car accidents, brain damage and much more.

He says sometimes she comes home happy, but sometimes she comes home sad. He says no matter what, he will always listen if she has something she wants to get off her chest.
