Unafraid to challenge societal norms, this audacious individual garnered viral fame last year with a video that left viewers in stitches.

With a twinkle in her eye and a touch of humor, Kass pondered the unconventional idea of suing her parents for bringing her into existence without explicit permission.

"I thought it was obvious that I was joking," the Hoboken woman told The Post.

"I do find it humorous, though. People get worked up over anything. It shows how little people research before reacting."

Kass Theaz's fans were taken aback this week when she revealed an unexpected twist in her life.

In a TikTok video that has garnered over 2.2 million views, the self-described lesbian sat in a car and shared that she has kids of her own.

However, she clarified that she became a parent through the ethical route of adoption.

"I mentioned in my last video that I went clothes shopping for my children, and a lot of people are shocked to hear that I have children considering I sued my parents for having me without my permission," she begins, claiming she intends to "clarify" some things.

“So my parents that I sued. They contributed to, you know, conceiving me, and my mother that raised me, she gave birth to me. And that’s why I sued them, because I did not consent to being here, like, I was unaware that I was going to have to grow up and get a job to support myself,” Theaz jokes.

Keeping a straight face, she adds: “And I just didn’t consent to that. They didn’t try to contact me in any way before I was born to see if I actually wanted to be here, and that’s why I sued them.”

Continuing her comedic style, Theaz takes a lighthearted and whimsical approach as she offers a suggestion to pregnant women.

She playfully proposes the idea of hiring a psychic medium to consult with their unborn child and inquire whether they genuinely desire to come into the world.

“Otherwise, they will sue you because I’m making that my life mission to teach children to sue their parents, so they don’t have to work,” she insists.

In her characteristic style, Theaz offers her perspective on the process of becoming a parent. She asserts that adopting children is a distinct experience from giving birth to them.

“It’s different when you adopt because it’s not my fault that they’re here. I’m just trying to be a good person and help them out. You know what I mean?” she deadpans.

Over 17,600 people commented on the video — and many did not understand Theaz’s account is satire.

“Someone let you adopt?” one person asked.

“10,000,000 facepalms,” another user added.

“I wish my children would sue me. Because I in return would sue them for all the money I had to put out over the years. Lol, I have seen it all,” someone proclaimed.

“Me in the comments trying to figure if this is legit,” another admitted.

“I’m pregnant and my baby has told me they’re so excited to pop out,” one person declared.

“Congrats!” Theaz replied.

However, some people were in on the joke.

One applauded: “How do you do this with a straight face? You’re hysterical!!”

“The fact that your account says Satire Account and everybody’s asking if your joking or not,” another wrote with several crying-laughing emojis.
