Your soul exists beyond time and space on a higher dimension, but in order to grow and evolve (raise its frequency) it needs to interact with other souls and live.
Even though we don’t consciously remember our past lives, a certain amount of memory is contained somewhere in our personal unconsciousness because our souls have a capacity to store information.
Our souls store crucial information from each life, that’s how they grow. Nobody is born completely blank. Because of this information karma from your previous life can follow you until you overcome it and ‘learn your lesson’ so to speak.
Think of it like a quantum computer that can store sequences of 1s and 0s in a single photon not needing the factor of time for the memory to exist. But when the factor of time is introduced the photon unpacks the sequence of information (memory).
Your soul has compressed memories and information locked inside your unconsciousness that sometimes you might catch a glimpse of.
The triggers are usually certain places, situations or even other souls you interacted with in your previous life.
Your soul recognises other souls by their vibration and energetic imprint. This data is subconsciously perceived without your conscious mind even noticing.
Sometimes this data can cause ‘unexplainable’ reactions as a result of the memories we hold in our soul and unconsciousness.

#1 You Lose Track Of Time With Them
One of the most obvious indications that mean that you have met this person in a different lifetime is that you lose all conception of time and the days just suddenly become a blur whenever you are with this person.
You have spent so much time with them already that it's almost like you've done this a million times before. Every single conversation and everything that you both do together just seems to make you both want to escape the world. It's easy to be around them and it's more than easy to spill your guts to them too.
#2 You have a strong connection even when you’re apart
Have you ever wondered why you suddenly have cravings then one of your close friends suddenly bring the food you wanted to eat even without telling them? You’ve also probably sensed some time in your life that a person is in danger even if they are far away from you. This kind of connection only happens when two people have met each other in the past. Stick with this person at all times since it is such a rare occasion to cross paths with them again.
#3 You Feel At Home When You Look In Their Eyes
You finally feel as though someone understands you. You don’t feel judged or uncomfortable in their presence, and it feels like looking into their eyes is like looking into your own. You feel one and the same with them like you have connected with someone who knows your soul to the core.
Meeting them feels like coming home, and you could talk with them for hours on end. Contrarily, you could sit in silence for a long time and not feel awkward, like you have to fill the empty space. You can be totally yourself, and they just get you. The relationship with them feels easy, not strained or forced.
#4 You Know The Other Person Like The Back Of Your Hand
Another pretty major indication that you have already met this person in another lifetime is that you are able to read them like backhand of your hand. There are subtle movements that you pick up on as well as little gestures that they thought you'd never see.
It's easy for you to tell when this person is not feeling like themselves or simply if they are just in a pretty rotten mood for the day. There may also be other time where you feel as if they can read your mind or that you know exactly what they want at that exact moment in time.
#5 You Have Memories With Them
You don’t know how or why, but you both share memories of past lives together. You might recall living in the same place, having the same occupation, or crossing paths along travels in a foreign country. You just intuitively know and remember these things, and the memories have carried over into all the lives you have shared with this person.
#6 You find it hard to contain your emotions around them
Being emotionally comfortable with a different person is difficult to do especially if you haven’t known each other for a while. However, if you can easily bare your feelings towards an individual might be a sign that you’ve already expressed your emotions to them long ago.
#7 You feel an overwhelming sense of home
This doesn’t just happen to lovers. Sometimes, you easily feel at home with your friend or colleague because maybe, you could have spent ample time with each other before.

One of the biggest indications is when you meet someone and suddenly you just click together automatically as if you were far apart for some reason until just now only then did you feel complete.
This doesn't happen every single time but when it does it's a pretty magical experience. When you are able to just click with someone on everything you say and do just proves that you both have done this many times before in a previous lifetime. Almost like picking up where you both left off and then beginning again on some other brand new adventure together.
#9 You see it in their eyes.
There is something really familiar in their eyes and you just can’t explain what it is. You are hypnotized. It’s like you already looked into those eyes a million times before.
The iris develops even when we are in our mother’s womb and remains the same our entire life. Some people believe that eyes don’t change when you pass from one life into another, allowing us to recognize our spiritual companions through time. They are like a thumbprint of our soul. No two eyes have exactly the same iris patterns. Even identical twins don’t share the same iris swirls and patterns.
So if it ever happens to you, to see into someone’s eyes and feel you’ve been looking at those eyes sometime before, don’t ignore it. You might know them from a previous life, and since you remember their eyes, they probably were really close to you.
#10 Your connection is almost telepathic.
It doesn’t have to mean that you send each other mental messages. It’s more like their ears ‘burn’ when we talk about them. You might think of a person and just a second later receive an SMS by them, or you may feel of what next a person will say.
It’s a connection that is hard to explain and even harder to dismiss. These type of connections are beyond time and space and are usually established by really close people.
These people dived deep into your consciousness in some past life, and you dived deep into theirs. You shared intimate moments and revealed deep parts of your souls to one another. This kept the connection strong between your souls, even though many lives might have passed.
