An influencer has caused a bit of a stir online after she decided to get her boyfriend's name 'tattooed' across her forehead.
Influencer Responds To People Saying She Will Regret 'Tattoo' Of Boyfriend's Name On Her Forehead
An influencer has made the decision to have her boyfriend's name "tattooed" over her forehead.
A video of Ana Stanskovsky having the upper portion of her face stenciled with Kevin's image was shared online.
After that, she settles into a chair to have the design permanently inked.
She squirmed and frowned in the video that was uploaded on her Instagram page, seemingly because the needle was going deep into her forehead.
She was surprised when it was all over, even if it might have been a traumatic experience.
When she gazed in the mirror, she was unable to hide her smile.
It was beyond the belief of many in the comments section.
One viewer wrote: "He’ll love it! Your next boyfriend will hate it though."
Another added: "That's literally the stupidest s**t I've ever seen!!!"
A third said: "As a tattoo artist.... I'd NEVER do this to another human being."
Many others expressed their belief that she would deeply regret this decision in the future, even if she were to live out the rest of her days with Kevin.
But in response to the criticism, Ana said that people shouldn't care about what she does.
"Everyone was saying to me I will regret that and every time I'm looking in the mirror I'm just like...I'm in love," she said in a new video.
"I'm in love with the tattoo and I'm in love with my boyfriend and I think if you really love someone you just got to show it...you know, you just got to prove it.”
"So I think if your girlfriend doesn't want a tattoo your name on her face you just need to find yourself a new girlfriend because I don't think she loves you.”
"This is the way you show your love."
She mentioned the possibility of what would occur if she and Kevin split up in the future, but she only stated that she was "expressing her feelings" in this way.
"I'm loving it," she said. "I'm loving it. I'm definitely not going to regret that...how can I regret this, it's beautiful."
Many have pointed out that the tattoo gun doesn't look real and claimed that the video of her getting inked is bogus.
The tattoo is real, Ana said in a video she uploaded to her social media accounts, and it has healed enough that she no longer has to use cling film over the top.
