This hole looks like the mouth of hell. It may look dangerous at first glance, but it's really not malevolent. You may wonder where this hole came from and where the water goes. Calm down! It's a manmade wonder.
This famous hole has become an attraction for people all over the world. This beautiful place is the dam of the Conchos situated in the Serra da Estrela, Portugal. The mysterious hole is actually a part of the hydroelectric system.
