If you’re on Tinder religiously, you may have noticed that Jesus has indeed risen, just in time for Easter too. But he wants people to know that he is no prayer and this time he is looking for love.

As expected, Jesus is quite the wordsmith with some fire and brimstone pick-up lines that all men should take note of.

#2 Jesus Has Risen

And his Tinder profile is making waves as he shows himself with Swedish fish and tortilla chips (fishes and loaves) and turning bottled water into wine.

His brief Tinder bio states that he is actually 2,000 years old, not 21 as his profile states. He is a carpenter by trade, his one downside: “I’ve only been nailed once.” And his upside, " I would die for you so you know I’m committed.” His anthem is Carrie Underwood's "Jesus Take The Wheel", of course.

#3 Jesus Finally Went Viral

His dating profile went viral when it was shared on Twitter recently by an admirer. Sadly, it was revealed that this Jesus is just a pseudonym of a 21-year-old college student in Lafayette, Louisiana who wishes to remain anonymous.

He has had five Tinder dates so far and says he has every other view swiping right to get to know him better. And each one of his five dates had a request: “Every one of them specifically asked me not to dress up as Jesus. I would if someone wanted it.” He describes himself as very Catholic and admits that he is using his resemblance to Jesus to hook up with a "hottie" online. However, it's his witty messages that have people taking notice.

Tinder Jesus also says he doesn’t have a type. “Jesus loves everybody,” he said. “But I’d like someone who is good at philosophical conversations. My best date was with a woman who was throwing puns back at me in character. That was the highlight.” He's even open to dating any males that strike his fancy, which has many gay followers rejoycing.

But Tinder Jesus has been accused of using the same lines on every girl he talks to. One girl wrote on Twitter that "Tinder Jesus sure gets around" because of his use of the same pickup lines. But nobody cares about that, they've even created a hashtag, #TinderJesus, for updates on his activities.

Other ladies who’ve encountered the Christian figure online shared their conversations as well, showing their coy responses and confirming that Jesus is, in fact, quite the ladies man. Three different ladies compared private messages on Twitter and agreed that Jesus is pretty aggressive in the dating app scene.

Tinder Jesus isn't afraid to lay it all out on the line either, as he shut one girl down with his bluntness. He says he loves using that line and even though it's pretty blunt, he hopes his followers know that he is just teasing. However, he say's he is being honest in that he has only had sex one time previously.

Some of his matches dished back at Tinder Jesus in the same manner he had been coming on with them. He claims he loves the witty banter more than the dating and so far he is just having fun with his profile, though his mother is afraid he'll end up getting hurt with what he is doing online.
