The actor from Pirates of the Caribbean was recorded looking straight into the eyes of Amber Heard's sister as she took to the stand in the defamation case.

As the trial took place in Fairfax County, Virginia, amongst others, Amber Heard's sister, Whitney Henriquez also took part as Amber Heard's witness gave testimony.

According to many, Depp has been avoiding looking at his ex-wife since the trial has begun.

It was revealed by Johnny Depp's lawyer Camille Vasquez that after Amber Heard had accused Depp of domestic violence in 2016, the actor had told her that she would never see his eyes again.

Reportedly, the actor was found looking toward Heard's sister in the court.

7News reporter Caroline Patrickis shared an image of Depp looking at Heard's sister and tweeted, “It appears Depp is looking Heard's sister straight in the eyes as she testifies.”

As claimed by Heard, she was physical with Depp when she thought that he would push her sister down a flight of stairs.

However, an audio file that was played in court recently, says otherwise. According to the file excerpt, Heard hit the actor in a different incident.

Heard was found saying, "I didn't punch you, by the way... I was hitting you, I wasn't punching you. You didn't get punched. You got hit... but I did not punch you. I did not f*****g deck you. I f*****g was hitting you. I don't know what the actual motion of my hand was, but you're fine. I did not hurt you, I did not punch you, I was hitting you."

"I'm not sitting here b*tching about it, am I? That's the difference between me and you, you're a f*****g baby. You are such a baby, grow the f**k up Johnny," she said.

Amber Heard's sister shared that Johnny Depp would "say nasty, unkind things to her and Heard while under the influence of alcohol and cocaine."

"You could almost guarantee that something would get destroyed when they fought," she added.

It was when Heard wrote for The Washington Post that she was a survivor of domestic abuse that Depp took legal action. The actress had not shared anyone's name, however, it was enough for the public to figure it out.
