Amy King, the outspoken cousin of convicted pedophile Josh Duggar, has implied that she hopes prisoners beat up on the reality star after he was jailed for child porn violations. King, 35, said in an Instagram video that she knew the former '19 Kids and Counting star’ wouldn't get the full 20 years because it was his first offense in the eyes of the court.

'But at the same time, he can't have his computer, he can't damage or exploit any more children, and when he sees his kids, he needs to be watched,' King stated on Wednesday.
She added: 'And honestly, where he's going, I feel like the prisoners are just gonna take care of him.'
King went on to explain that she believes the concerns surrounding Duggar are not yet resolved. She stated that her cousin's "illness has a source, and we will eventually learn about the trauma... I believe there will be more information released in the future.”
'But hopefully tonight, I can sleep for the first time, and rest assured that another monster will be put behind bars makes my heart feel a little lighter.'
In 2008, when Duggar married his wife, Anna, King was a flower girl.
Before Duggar's sentencing, King shared with The Sun a letter she wrote to the case's presiding judge, U.S. District Judge Timothy L. Brooks.
King wrote in part: 'Offering leniency as his legal team has requested would be a slap in the face of the children [who were] already so previously harmed. … It upset me greatly to see that no one who chose to provide a character reference for my cousin had any concern for the victims.'
When Duggar was found guilty in December 2021, King tweeted: ‘May the jurors and Judge Brooks seek healing/counseling from all that was exposed to them.'
She continued: 'May the children grow up with real Godly men as father figures who will guide and protect them. May the people who were once in disbelief have their eyes opened for the first time.'
In May 2022, King told People Magazine that she was "furious" because Duggar's wife, Anna, and his mother, Michelle, had written letters on his behalf in an attempt to get him a reduced sentence.
King spoke out about her relatives submitting character references for Duggar in a video published accompanying her petition to the judge in the case, saying: '
‘I have no desire to provide fake character references for Josh, as other members of my family have done so carelessly.'
In addition, King wrote a letter to Anna Duggar encouraging her to divorce her husband. King pushed Anna to 'be the role model' for her children in the letter.
In the caption to her Instagram reaction to Duggar's sentencing, she referred to not wearing makeup saying: 'I could have easily edited this video to make me have flawless skin but that isn’t authentic. I will continue to speak up and show the fun/ busy and not so glamorous sides of my life.'
Since 2015, King has been married to Dillon King. Daxton is the couple's only child.
'I can't get the dog kennel image out of my head. The description of Daisy's Destruction is horrific, it's sick,' Judge Brooks said during sentencing.
The government used testimony from the mother of a young girl who appeared in one of the videos Duggar downloaded to demonstrate the long-term damage done to child pornography victims.
The mother stated, 'My daughter is a real person.' ' She was brutally exploited to produce this form of 'entertainment.' Every time a picture of her agony is copied, traded, or sold, she is exploited once again.
'I asked my daughter what she wished to ask the judge the most. 'Please don't let them pretend no one is hurt!' she begged.
'Don't you know no one should do that to a little girl!' she said to the defendant as well. You have no idea how much it hurts!'
Judge Brooks called the mother's evidence "chilling" when he heard it in court.
'It never goes away for the victims. He informed the court, which was filled with Duggar's friends and relatives, that "it's on the internet, possibly forever."
Michelle Duggar and Anna Duggar both wrote letters appealing for mercy, the latter comparing her husband to Ronald Reagan in an attempt to emphasize his work ethic and morality.
The government was able to recover dozens of backed-up text messages and photographs from Duggar's Apple devices, which showed that he was at the vehicle dealership almost at the same time that the pornography was downloaded and watched.
