Trump's Granddaughter Kai Sparks Backlash After Sharing Her Idea Of A 'Dream Job'

Kai Trump, the granddaughter of the US President, has come under criticism online after opening up about what she sees as her ideal career. Some people reacted strongly, describing her comments as out of touch with reality.

The 18-year-old is the eldest daughter of Donald Trump Jr. and his former wife Vanessa. She is set to attend the University of Miami, where she plans to study marketing and management.

Alongside her studies, Kai will also be playing golf during her freshman year. She recently returned to the sport after recovering from wrist surgery, which had temporarily paused her progress.

Before graduating from high school, Kai hosted an Instagram Q&A session where she answered a range of questions from her followers. Some questions focused on her recovery, while others looked at her future plans.

One particular answer quickly gained attention online and sparked debate among viewers.

When asked what her dream job would be, Kai replied: "My dream job is literally what I'm doing now."

She also shared that she wants to travel, meet new people, and continue building her own business ventures over time.

The short clip, which she posted for her 2.7 million followers, has already received hundreds of thousands of views. Many people used the moment to share their opinions in the comments.

During an appearance on WWE star Logan Paul’s Impaulsive podcast, Kai also spoke about her personal views and how she approaches public life. She explained that she prefers to stay away from politics.

"To be honest with you, I stay out of politics completely. I'd never run [for President]. I don't want anything to do with politics because I feel like politics is such a dangerous thing."

"I think if both sides met in the middle everyone would be so much happier," she continued.

"There's a radical left, radical right, there's a lot of people who get too extreme."

She also mentioned that while she considers herself somewhere in the middle politically, she would still support her grandfather during his time in office.
