Kanye West Barred From Grammy's Over 'Concerning Online Behaviour'
Kanye West's saga over his divorce from Kim Kardashian continues and the rapper has once again landed himself in trouble that has led him to be barred from Grammys.
The 44-year old has been banned from The Grammy due to his 'concerning online behavior.'
The ban comes only days after Ye was banned from Instagram too for 24 hours over the controversy involving ex-wife Kim Kardashian, her new boyfriend Pete Davidson and comedian Trevor Noah.
According to The Blast Ye's team received a call on March 18 to confirm that the rapper was being pulled from the line-up of performers.
The publication has concerns over Ye's behavior, as the show will be hosted by comedian Koah, so the reason behind this action is obvious.
Recently, Ye's outburst was directed at Noah, where he used a racial slur against the comedian.
Apparently, he didn't really like the comedian's words about his divorce from Kim.
The post came after Noah addressed the drama between Kanye, Kim and Pete on The Daily Show.
“You may not feel sorry for Kim because she’s rich and famous, because of the way she dresses, because she appropriates black culture, because she tells women they’re lazy, broke the internet and then didn’t put it back together, whatever, you hate her,” Noah said to the audience.
“But what she’s going through is terrifying to watch, and it shines a spotlight on what so many women go through when they choose to leave.”
Not happy with Noah's choice of words, the rapper uploaded a screenshot of Noah's bio from Google to his Instagram account.
Ye was heavily criticised for his racial language against the comedian and the TV host hit back saying it was a massive disappointment to see one of his idols act in that way.
“There are few artists who have had more of an impact on me than you Ye," Noah wrote on social media.
Kanye added the caption: "K**n baya my lord k**n baya K**n baya my lord K**n baya Oooo' lord K**n baya."
"You took samples and turned them into symphonies. You took your pain and through the wire turned it into performance perfection.
"I thought differently about how I spend my money because of you, I learned to protect my child-like creativity from grown thoughts because of you, s**t I still smile every time I put on my seatbelt because of you.
"You’re an indelible part of my life Ye. Which is why it breaks my heart to see you like this.
"I don’t care if you support Trump and I don’t care if you roast Pete. I do however care when I see you on a path that’s dangerously close to peril and pain."
On 17 March Ye was suspended from Instagram for 24 hours after a spokesperson for Meta reportedly told TMZ that the rapper has violated their policies on bullying and harassment.
