A recent Santa Clara University graduate who works for SpaceX was banned from LinkedIn due to his age.

Kairan Quazi, a 14-year-old engineer who will be working for SpaceX, has recently been offered one of the most coveted jobs in his sector.

However, LinkedIn appears to have decided that the inability to secure a position with Elon Musk's space company was insufficient justification for changing the platform's age restrictions.

After receiving a note saying that the decision was made because he was under 14 years old, Kairan was abruptly removed from the social channel.

Despite having one of the most sought-after careers in engineering today, Kairan will likely have to wait a few years to network with his peers on LinkedIn because the minimum age to join is 16.

Unbelieving Kairan expressed his anger on Twitter after receiving a notification from LinkedIn informing him that his account had been terminated.
