Madonna is done with haters trying to take her down. She isn't having any of it now.

Just after she lashed out at those who were asking 'what the hell happened to Madonna's face' following the 65th Grammy Awards, the 'Material Girl' singer took to Twitter to share a cryptic message.

Instagram

"The world is threatened by my power and my stamina," she wrote. "My intelligence and my will to survive, but they will never break me.

"This is all the test."

People have assumed her mysterious tweet is a continuation of her post-Grammys clap-back in which she dubbed those commenting on her appearance as 'misogynistic' and 'ageist'.

However, social media users were quick to comment on the post, urging their favorite childhood icon to dial it back.

One user wrote: "Lady you're scarin' us."

A second commented, rather sagely: "Girl, you’re turning into Michael Jackson. Stop."

While a third added: "It’s not about misogyny or ageism from others. It’s about internalizing those concepts in your own being by deforming yourself to keep up with impossible standards of youth."

Despite the ageist comments, Madonna is still busy doing her own thing and won't let these shaming comments get to her.

In the wake of the Grammys furor, she uploaded a video to Instagram showing her hanging out with some of the biggest names of the night.

While she was having a fab time with her famous friends, she also used the caption to share her point across the internet.

"Instead of focusing on what I said in my speech which was about giving thanks for the fearlessness of artists like Sam and Kim, many people chose to only talk about close-up photos of me taken with a long lens camera by a press photographer that Would distort anyone’s face," she said on Instagram.

"Once again I am caught in the glare of ageism and misogyny that permeates the world we live in.

"A world that refuses to celebrate women past the age of 45 and feels the need to punish her If she continues to be strong willed, hard-working and adventurous.

"I have never apologized for any of the creative choices I have made nor the way that I look or dress and I’m not going to start ... I understand that this is all a test and I am happy to do the trailblazing so that all the women behind me can have an easier time in the years to come."

She added: "In the words of Beyonce: 'You won’t break my soul'.
