Reilly started by explaining that part of her job was to reach out to candidates and schedule them for interviews.

“So my job requires me to call different applicants to see if we can schedule them for interviews, testing dates, appointments, whatever the case may be,”

She said she proceeded to dial a number for a recruit named Ignacio only to be met with hostility.

“And I just called somebody, his name was Ignacio. I said, ‘Hi, is this Ignacio?’

Unfortunately, Ignacio was having a bad day so when he answered the unknown number, he was more than a little rude.

He said "Yes it is and I’m very busy. What do you want?’”
