Thrill seekers live for that next jolt. They will try increasingly insane stunts just to get it. It's almost like a drug to them. Some people, like the guy in this article, will do crazy things like say, jumping off of a 50ft cliff.
Cliff jumping into bodies of water is so popular now that it's called 'Tombstoning' by the cool kids. Like many other trends, people are not deterred by the possible harm that could be had attempting this act. The guy in this article probably had no idea his attempt at internet fame was going to end the way it did. He was so hyped that he jumped without looking. I bet he wishes he looked now.

The video starts with a wide view of the cliff. You can then see the man running full speed toward the cliff. Then he jumps off the 50-foot ledge and boom. You won't believe what happened next.

The video's description reads: "Fifty foot [descent] onto boat coming out of cave. So wild. Glad that I survived, I was rewarded with an extended trip, but it was in a hospital (sic),” the jumper wrote in the YouTube description of the video, before adding, “the landing can be judged freely.
None of the passengers were injured, and just my left arm was broken… It was a simple mistake that almost killed me."
