If you were on the internet at all around Halloween, you probably saw this.

It's a heartwarming video of a man dressing up as his dog's favorite toy. The dog reacts...well, like a dog. He goes absolutely nuts. It's cute, for sure, but how would this work out with a cat?

We're big fans of cat pranks.

In fact, they're probably the best thing on the internet. We were pretty excited when we heard that someone was flipping the script on that famous dog prank.

Well, you can pretty much guess.

The cat's reaction says it all. It's less, "Oh, hey, my friend came to life," and more "Oh, God, this thing I'm sleeping in told its family." So, is this the greatest cat prank of all time? Not even close. After you watch the video check out the rest of the pranks on the next pages.

This prank, called "Cat Dad," went viral a few years ago.

It turns out that cats don't really like it when you dress up like their nightmares. Of course, some pranks are more practical...

This one's a classic.

In the cat's defense, clear barriers don't really exist in the wild. Then again, cats haven't been wild for a few millennia. Stupid cats.

The cucumber cat phenomenon was especially fun.

The leading theory was that cats are naturally afraid of snakes, so they freak out when you put a cucumber behind them. We'd say that just about anyone would be terrified by a magically appearing cucumber, but that's just us.

Then there's the classic "jump out at a cat" prank.

Sure, it's not creative, but you don't really have to be that creative to scare a cat. They're idiots. That's why we love them.
