Man Kissed Ex Goodbye As She Died. His New Girlfriend Accuses Him Of Cheating.

Life and relationships are complicated. Love is even more complicated than that. 20-year-old OP did not think that he would have had to say goodbye to his ex-girlfriend as she died so soon. His tearful goodbyes however cast a shadow on his new relationship with his new girlfriend claiming that kissing her goodbye as she died counted as cheating.

OP said that his ex had been in a horrible car accident almost a year ago and sustained some horrible injuries.

They tried everything to save her and she was ultimately put on a ventilator after receiving treatment.

After several months of seeing him by his ex Anna’s bedside, her parents urged him to move on and find someone new.

Sometime later, OP met Katie, who he felt was quite similar to Anna in certain ways.

In time, Anna’s parents came to the decision to pull Anna off life support. Katie understood that OP wanted to be there for Anna and the family.

The goodbye was just as tragic as one would imagine. OP kissed her goodbye and told her that he loved her.

He also gave a eulogy at the funeral where he reiterated that he loved her.

Katie was put off by this declaration and asked him what he meant. OP then came clean about the kiss. Katie felt this was a betrayal and left OP after accusing him of cheating.

OP said that the goodbye had nothing to do with Katie and his relationship. He wanted to make sure Anna knew she was loved as she moved on.
