A man reviews one of his 'all-time favourite' Scotch Whisky while his partner moved out of their house behind him. The video was originally posted in 2015 on YouTube but recently became viral on Reddit.
Man Reviews Scotch While His Wife Packs Her Things And Leaves Him In Background
Breakups are hard. You can either beg them to stay or let them go, bitterly. But this guy took letting go to another level by nonchalantly carrying on with his work while his wife left him. This might go down in history as an all-time savage move.

YouTube blogger Andreas Tovornik, also known as foodquig, reviews scotch like a boss while his wife Cindy is packing her stuff and leaving. And this is exactly the amount of f**** I aspire to have next time I'm in his situation. But let's not take sides, we don't know what's gone on between this guy and his partner.
Is he sad? Sure, he’s says in the intro that it’s really hard, but is he going to wallow in self-pity? Hell no. He’s going to sit in front of his computer, drink a glass of Laphroaig 10, and talk to his loyal fans while she continues to move her stuff out of the house in the background. An absolute classic.

"Well, Cindy and I are breaking up," he explains. "She's moving out and the way I can enjoy that - no, it's hard, it's really fucking hard - but I'm going to have some Laphroaig 10."
And for those of you who aren't connoisseurs, Laphroaig 10 is an Islay single malt Scotch Whisky. Not only that, it's a full-bodied, smoky gem with a residual sweetness and hint of salt, according to The Whisky Exchange.
It would have been bad enough to watch a dude reviewing Scotch as he talks about his divorce and the fact that his house is a mess because he’s going through a split. However, the review got even worse when his now-estranged wife came wandering in to start getting her stuff.
At that exact moment, he cracks the whisky open, commending it as he goes: "Oh good pop on that one."
He pours himself a glass and begins to sniff away - because that's the thing to do, apparently. That's when he announces: "I'm not smelling much, even my sniffer's out of whack."

He eventually decides the drink is basically “road tar, smoke and more road tar.” That doesn’t sound very appetizing!
In the middle of the review, Cindy interrupts by saying bye, to which Andreas kinda awkwardly looks over his shoulders and mutters “bye” before picking up right where he left off:
"It's almost like there's a honey note to it."
Now that's badass!!!

Thankfully, the memory of Andreas and Cindy’s split is likely now a distant memory. The couple started the channel together in 2012 but after their split around 2015, it switched to Andreas reviewing his favorite alcohol. While this is pretty old by now, it still is one of the best YouTube videos ever if you love cringeworthy clips.
The video has since gone on to rack up nearly a million views after it was shared on several social media sites including Reddit and Facebook.
Several users posted their support in the comments section with one writing: "You're a rock and your taste in scotch is impeccable! Keep on being awesome."
While another joked: "This is so sad... everyone knows Oban is superior."
