Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis have decided not to leave their kids with trust funds, and this has made a lot of people talk on social media.

As of 2024, Ashton Kutcher has $200 million, and Mila Kunis has $75 million, which means together they have about $275 million.

But when they pass away, their kids won't get any of this money in trust funds.

That's a bit unlucky for the kids.

In a 2018 interview with Dax Shepard on his podcast Armchair Expert, Ashton explained that their kids, Isabelle and Dimitri, won't have "a trust set up for them."

Instead, they plan to give their money to charity and "to various" causes.

Ashton also said, "If my kids want to start a business, and they have a good business plan, I'll invest in it.

"But they're not getting trusts."

Even though Ashton said this a few years ago, his comments keep coming up on social media, especially when people talk about who is and isn’t a "nepo baby."

This decision by Ashton and Mila still makes people have different opinions.

One person on X said, "There was a time when families sought to build dynasties, one generation building on the accomplishments of the last.

"Now everyone is an atomic unit, valuable only in so far as it serves the consumerist machine.

"And your children? Do not spoil them lest they become worse workers."

Another person said, "Instead, they will leave their fortune to spoiled and entitled CEOs of nonprofits."

In a 2017 interview with Elle UK, Mila also talked about raising their kids and how she doesn't want them to become spoiled even though they have a lot of money.

Mila, who starred in Bad Moms, said her main goal is to make sure her kids don't turn into "aholes."

"There's enough aholes in this world!

"We don't need to contribute. But, you know, there's some nice people," she told the magazine.

Because of this, Ashton and Mila didn’t even give their kids Christmas presents.

"We're instituting [no presents] this year because when the kids are [younger than] one, it doesn't really matter.

"Last year when we celebrated Christmas, Wyatt was two, and it was too much.

"We didn't give her anything — it was the grandparents," she explained.

She even asked her parents to limit presents to one gift.

"We're begging you — if you have to give her something, pick one gift.

"Otherwise, we'd like to take a charitable donation to the Children's Hospital or a pet [or] whatever you want," Mila said.
