Miley Cyrus Says Her 7 Months Marriage To Liam Hemsworth Was 'A F****** Disaster'

Miley Cyrus throws a shade at her short-lived marriage to Liam Hemsworth while congratulating a couple on stage during her performance.

The singer branded her 7 months marriage to the Australian actor a "f***ing disaster" as she interrupted her set at Lollapalooza Brazil to allow a fan to propose to his boyfriend.

The 'Wrecking Ball' singer invited the couple o stage for one partner to propose to the other in front of the whole crowd.

As one man recited an emotional speech in Portuguese to his boyfriend and got down on his knees to pop the big question, the boyfriend joyfully replied 'yes.'

The proposal was met with huge cheering and big applause, with the 29-year old singer also congratulating the couple as she shouted: "Yes! Forever b****. Congratulations."

After giving a congratulations hug to the overjoyed couple, Cyrus shared her bitter experience of her marriage and said: "Honey, I hope your marriage goes better than mine, mine was a f****** disaster."

The singer also took to her Twitter account to share the proposal. The ex-couple, called it quits in August 2019 - a mere seven months after tying the knot in an intimate ceremony on December 23, 2018.

The divorce was finalized in January 2020 after Hemsworth filed for divorce the previous summer, citing "irreconcilable differences".

At the time of their split, Cyrus's rep told People in a statement: "Liam and Miley have agreed to separate at this time. Ever-evolving, changing as partners and individuals, they have decided this is what’s best while they both focus on themselves and careers.

"They still remain dedicated parents to all of their animals they share while lovingly taking this time apart. Please respect their process and privacy."

The duo got engaged in May 2012, before they split in September 2013 and then reunited in 2016.

The two were first romantically linked back in 2008 after starring in the movie, The Last Song, together.
