Millie Bobby Brown and her Stranger Things co-star couldn’t stop laughing when he kept messing it up
Millie Bobby Brown left one of her Stranger Things co-stars completely baffled after revealing that she has officially changed her name.
With the fifth season of the hit Netflix series on the horizon, several cast members sat down with VT to take part in a lighthearted interview.
One particular moment from the chat has since blown up online, because viewers couldn’t help reacting the same way.
Millie was teamed up with Noah Schnapp for the Q&A session, and when he was asked to say her full name, he somehow managed to get it wrong more than once.
Noah’s first guess was: "Millie Bonnie Brown," and Millie quickly responded with: "Yeah, well now..."
She seemed to be referring to her marriage to Jake Bongiovi last year, which naturally changed her legal name.
What followed was a funny exchange between the two, especially as Noah kept trying new versions and still couldn’t land on the right one.
He guessed names like “Millie Bonnie Brown Bongiovi,” “Millie Bonnie Bobby Brown,” and “Millie Bonnie Bobby Bongiovi Brown,” but each attempt was still wrong.
Millie then explained that her current legal name doesn’t include “Brown” at all, which only made the situation more confusing — and more entertaining — for Noah, who burst into laughter with her.
She finally clarified that her name is “Millie Bonnie Bongiovi,” although plenty of fans who watched the interview pointed out that it definitely sounds like a bit of a tongue twister.
One viewer joked: "Try saying that five times fast."
Another commented: "Lowkey a tongue twister."
Someone else chimed in: "MBBB, ROFLOL what a tongue twister."
Although the moment was lighthearted, Millie has also been addressing more serious rumors ahead of the show’s final season. Reports circulated saying she accused David Harbour of “bullying” her on set, prompting her to clarify the state of their relationship.
Speaking with the Hollywood Reporter, she explained why she and the rest of the cast always make sure to present a supportive, united front, even when headlines try to suggest otherwise.
She said: "We've been doing that for the last 10 years."
"I mean, we have always been united in that. We love this show with everything, and we value our friendship more than anything."
Millie also talked about her bond with Harbour specifically, saying it felt meaningful to reconnect with him for the last season as their characters’ connection remains an important part of the show.
She added: "It was quite nostalgic because it reminded me so much of season two and three, where we're both kind of butting heads and she's growing up, she's trying to find her own voice and he's trying to parent, and that dynamic definitely comes back into play once again, and I'm really excited for people to see that."
