In the short video, entitled 'The Exact Moment She Fell Completely In Love With Him', new mum Jessica cradles her tiny 10-week-old son Hugo to her chest, looking noticeably emotional.
The caption accompanying the video explains the intimate moment was filmed off the cuff by one of the writers at Love What Matters and is the very first time Jessica was able to hold Hugo after her caesarean section.
Because of the nature of the birth the caption also goes on to explain that this moment came nearly two and a half days after Hugo was first delivered, because of how fragile a state Jessica's tiny baby was in.
'After being delivered by c-section he was quickly whisked away to the NICU to be evaluated. Jessica was only briefly able to see him as she needed to recover as well' the caption reads.
'It wasn't until almost 60 hours later that Jessica was finally able to hold her baby boy for the first time,' continues the post.

"This is a video of the first time Jessica held her 10 week premature baby, Hugo.

I took this video hoping to catch a moment, never did I anticipate seeing the exact moment that she fell completely in love with him. The bond between Mother and Son immediately solidified.
I hope that this video can show people that Love is the most important thing in anyone's life. Without it we will simply exist, when the goal is to live."

The first time a mother holds her newborn baby will always go down as one of the best moments in her life.
Entire internet parenting forums, photograph albums and mothers' groups are dedicated to attempting to describe that specific feeling and put it into words or a still.
But perhaps this incredibly touching video is the closest attempt yet.
