These creepy photographs and strange phenomena from throughout history have yet to be explained. Some are simply unbelievable.
#1 Left Foot Findings
Disembodied human feet were discovered on islands, shorelines and the Fraser River in Southwestern British Columbia, Canada. This in itself was unusual. But the feet that washed up were always left feet, and always wearing a shoe. Several theories have popped up about the floating left feet but none have held water. None of the theories can adequately explain how Southern BC and Washington were inundated by oceangoing, severed feet in the area known as the Georgia Basin.
#2 The Giza Pyramids
The latitude or the actual vertical position on Earth of the Giza Pyramids bear the same sequence of digits as the speed of light. Could these ancient people have known the number and chose this place to build the structure?
#3 Solway Firth Astronaut
After getting these photographs of his daughter developed Jim Templeton could not explain the figure in the background. He had Kodak verify that the negatives were not tampered with. The strange conclusion is that there was a strange appearance of a spaceman or astronaut in the background that nobody had seen.
#4 Traumatic Coma Leads to French Fluency
After a horrific accident during a torrential downpour, 25-year-old Rory Curtis succumbed to a six-day long coma, and awoke speaking fluent French! Aside from having not studied or spoken the language for nearly a decade, Curtis also believed himself to be the actor Matthew McConaughey. While the massive impact of the car crash explains the injuries and coma, the other factors are still unexplained as are many of the wonders of the human brain.
#5 The Falcon Lake UFO Incident
The man in the photo reported having seen two cigar shaped objects floating nearby him. When he approached the UFOs he was burned by their grid-shaped exhaust manifolds as they flew off. Others have reported receiving similar burns in UFO encounters.
#6 Unexplainable Birth Weight
The average baby weighs anywhere from six to nine pounds at birth, but Alisha Hernandez gave birth to a baby with a weight that no one, including the nurses and doctors, had anticipated. At just over thirteen pounds, Hernandez's baby had to be delivered by cesarean section. This is not the first instance of a baby with a high birth weight considering Anna Bates of Ohio gave birth to a twenty-three-pound baby in 1879. Doctors are still unsure why the baby weighed so much.
#7 Nine Men Die But One Survives
How did that one serviceman manage to get rescued, and even more baffling how did he manage to become President of The United States? Conspiracy exists folks.
#8 Mysterious Unwanted Baby Gravesight
For several years residents of Kentucky and visitors to the cemetery have been bewildered by the very odd and unusually large headstone on a grave. The headstone at a small town Kentucky cemetery is inscribed "Unwanted Baby Girl X," with the dates and birthweight. Since stones are expensive, as well as engraving, it is a mystery as to why this is even there if the child was unwanted. There are no public records available for the plot or the grave and stone.
#9 The Battle Of Los Angeles
After the bombing of Pearl Harbor. the American mainland was on edge as to prevent another battle. In this photo, it is obvious there are multiple spotlights on something in the sky. If you take a closer look it looks like what will later be described as a flying saucer, or more commonly known now as a UFO. The lights were never explained and only two reports blamed the incident on the Japanese, which proved false.
#10 Eerie Connecticut Headstones
Nobody knows the names of these poor souls. The only thing that is known is that they were found outside a hospital for the insane in Connecticut. There are a few thousand similar stones in rows which nobody can give names to. They are only marked by numbers.
#11 Incompetent Caregiver
This one is bizarre. In February 2013, a Nebraska man slipped in his home on a wet floor, and was "kept alive, lying on the floor for four days, being fed liquids by his ten-year-old son". The man was unresponsive and unable to speak, according to the boy, who for some bizarre reason did call for assistance or get any help for his father. When the school inquired about the boy's absence from school, police discovered the deceased man. We wonder, how on this green Earth could a boy 10 yrs. old, who attends school not get help for a man lying on the floor for four days, but provide "fluids to drink".
#12 The Body Fishermen
Suicides along China's Yellow River make "body fishing" a lucrative trade. It is known as the River Of Death. Every day, fishermen find several dead bodies and each year there are hundreds found. Most are categorized as suicides but some say 50% are murder victims. Tragedy for some is business for others.
#13 Unexplained Natural Phenomenon
John Connors lives in Chicago, Illinois; despite the cold winter months, he was still shocked to discover his house had been crushed by several large chunks of ice. Some hypothesize the ice may have fallen from an airplane, but Connors insists it appeared as though an ice bomb went off in his home. Meteorologists claim the ice is a phenomenon known as a megacryometeor. He was not at home when the incident occurred.
