Nando's Employee Gets Overwhelmed After Receiving Incredibly Generous Letter After Working There For 5 Years

A Nando's employee shares the generous reward she has received from the restaurant chain after successfully completing five years at the place. 

TikTok user Chloe Jane (@lunarlovestein) took to the social media platform to thank the restaurant for a letter she received after having completed five years of service.

The letter to Chloe reflects that 'a lot can happen in five years' before hinting, 'even more in four weeks'.

It reads: "Congratulations on five Peri-amazing years.

The video has gotten viral on social media with people astounded in the comments section over the generous gift.

"Wow that’s amazing! my work gave me a $5 Starbucks card for my 5th year working there," one said.

Another joked: "Think they could give you a badge as well seems most popular reward."

A third said: "And THIS is how companies should treat staff."

As well as a paid four-week sabbatical for every five years of service, Nando's employees also receive free meals while on shift and a discount of 'up to 40% when they're not. (Depending on the day of the week)'.

"Patrãos and Assistant Managers have a 5-day working week and can have one weekend off per month. Also, a clothing allowance to look extra sharp [...] Sharing in our success is a big thing to us.
