Natural Ways To Moisturize Your Hair
Your hair is an important part of your beauty. That’s why it’s so important to take care of it. Fortunately, there are many available treatments for taking care of both your hair and your scalp. Of course, there are chemical alternatives, like shampoos and other products. However, you can also choose natural ingredients. Many people associate dry hair with a lifeless, dull, and unhealthy appearance. For what it’s worth, this isn’t far from the truth. This is because the possibility of breaking is much higher. It doesn’t matter that it gets soaked, this type of hair’s strands are usually very fragile.
Whatever the cause of your damage is, the natural ways to moisturize hair below can help nourish your scalp and make your strands strong, shiny, and most importantly, healthy.
#1 Milk hair conditioning
Milk! It is a boon for dry hair types. Good fat, moisturizing properties and vitamins present in the milk adds glossiness and bounce to your hair. Milk cream can also be used to moisturizer hair but it is the best fit to use in your nourishing hair packs and masks.
Take an old spray bottle. Rinse it and sterilize it. Fill 1/2 cup of fresh raw milk in the spray bottle. Comb your hair without tangles before starting the spray treatment. Now spray the milk to your scalp and hair. Comb gently and continue spraying until you cover the entire scalp area with milk. Don’t leave the hair tips too as they are prone to split ends. Leave on the milk to penetrate deeper into your scalp and moisturize it. After 20-30 minutes, rinse your hair with fresh water and a mild shampoo. Do not use milk on your hair if you are allergic to milk. If you are allergic to cow milk, you can use coconut milk instead to moisturize your hair.
#2 Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse
A rinse of two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar diluted with a 1/2 cup of water helps seal the outermost layer of your hair, the cuticles, making it lie flat.

#7 Avocado
Avocado has a well-deserved reputation for one of nature’s perfect foods. Its oils and proteins will smooth and moisturize your locks without weighing down fine hair. Mash up half an avocado and add a couple of drops of peppermint essential oil. Shampoo hair, squeeze out water and apply mask. Let it sit for 15 minutes and then rinse.
