Netflix enthusiasts are warning viewers to get ready for some serious tears while watching a popular series available on the streaming platform.

We all appreciate a good cry every now and then.

If you're someone who needs a box of Kleenex for every season of Grey's Anatomy, then this might actually be a good thing.

Some psychologists say that getting emotional over movies and TV shows is actually a healthy sign of emotional intelligence.

Jennifer Barnes, an assistant professor of psychology at the University of Oklahoma, also points out that it's 'normal' to feel sadness when a beloved TV character dies, for example.

"If a writer of a show decides to do something bad to that character, or heaven forbid kill that character off, you’re left with a very real emotional response," Barnes explained to TIME in 2017.

"When you spend an hour every week with a person for an entire television season, they really do become a sort of friend—so it’s totally normal to feel upset over them."

The show, featuring Katherine Heigl and Sarah Chalke, is described as: "Tully and Kate support each other through good times and bad with an unbreakable bond that carries them from their teens to their forties."
