#1 One would think that when she decided to post these pictures to her Instagram, she would get nothing but a flurry of congratulatory comments.
Don't you just love to look at engagement pictures? After all the things that can go wrong in this world, it's so nice to see pure happiness shine through in these types of photographs, as loving couples get the chance to show their friends and family how glad they are to have found one another. Well, unfortunately, it's not that way for everyone, as the gruesome trolls of the internet have reared their ugly heads yet again, this time poking funand their noseswhere they shouldn't be.
Mzznaki Tetteh of Ghana, recently posed for a series of pictures capturing her and fiance, Kojo Amoah. The two of them smiled and laughed as shots were taken of them jumping for joy by the ocean, posing with adorable "Mr. Right" and "Mrs. Always Right" t- shirts and one where Kojo even picks up his future wife in an excited embrace.
#2 This was not the case. Instead, she gained an incredible 10,000 followers who engaged in an online battle.
This young bride-to-be was bombarded with name-calling, fat-shaming comments on her pictures. How could people feel it was their place to make such nasty remarks? One woman using the handle Laedyjess, defends herself, claiming that her comments were a way to get the overweight Mzzanki more concerned for her own health.

#4 Others make the point that it’s simply not the place for strangers to being bringing this to the woman’s attention.
#5 Many Instagramers are getting in on the debate as people are passionately taking sides.
Even the non-haters are making a valid argument, asking why some commenters are alluding to the fact that "hope is still out there", insinuating that if a woman as big as Mzznaki can find a man, then surely they can.

All we want to know is, when did it become everybody else's job to deem who is and who's not worthy of love? Aren't we all deserving of a little happiness?
SHARE the love, pass it on.
