Nurse Natasha Hubble, 36, from Knowsley, Liverpool, has been barred from the roads after being detected speeding between 58 and 63 mph on the M62 near Manchester by the same set of speed cameras. The 36-year-old confessed speeding but said her family relies on her for lifts and that her husband Chris, 37, was "not much assistance" because he was busy with his work at Tameside magistrates court.

Despite her claims that her family would face "extraordinary hardship," she was barred from driving for six months and fined £476 plus £142 in expenses.
Her attorney, Charles Stansfield, said that the mother has had a clean driving record for 14 years and that she was driving in a temporary speed limit zone.
He went on to say that she had already taken a speed awareness course for one of the offenses and now "learned about the importance of following the temporary limit and how it still applies."
Hubble, according to her counsel, requires her car not only to drive her five children to school but also for work.
He claimed that one of her sons is a football player and that she often drives him to games and training sessions.
He concluded: “She and her family pretty well rely on her ability to drive. She has had many, many years with no points at all.”
"There was a reason as to why she committed these offenses. It all happened over a very short period and now her family life is seriously in jeopardy."
But JP Maxine Hamer told her: “The bench takes speeding very seriously.”
"We have heard a lot about your family circumstances and how you work for yourself and your husband as well as your travel.”
"However, you have failed to meet the threshold needed for exceptional hardship.”
"We have heard hardship and inconvenience but not exceptional hardship.''
