The iconic Black Sabbath singer was seen in a heartwarming video less than two weeks before he passed away
Heartbreaking Final Video Shows Ozzy Osbourne Smiling And Joking Just Days Before His Passing
Just days before his heartbreaking passing, Ozzy Osbourne was seen in a touching video where he was cracking jokes and smiling warmly. The video captured a truly sweet and memorable moment not even two weeks before he died.
The legendary frontman of Black Sabbath died at his home in the UK, surrounded by those who loved him most. His family shared the news on July 22, saying he passed at the age of 76.
His death came just 17 days after stepping on stage for one final performance. It was a rare reunion with the original Black Sabbath members—their first show together in 20 years. However, the moment was bittersweet, as Ozzy was still battling ongoing health issues at the time.
Ozzy had been living with Parkinson’s disease since his diagnosis in 2019. At the time of his death, he was also struggling with several other medical conditions. Although the exact cause of his passing has not been officially released, his health had clearly been declining.
On July 9, Kelly Osbourne, one of his six children, shared a joyful update with fans on TikTok. She revealed that she had recently gotten engaged to her partner Sid Wilson, who is a member of the band Slipknot. Fans may remember her earlier viral video where she talked about how his face had been burned in an explosion.
In the heartwarming clip, Sharon Osbourne—who has been married to Ozzy for 43 years was sitting beside him. She can be heard telling everyone, "you've got to be quiet, hold on," just before Wilson began to speak to Kelly.

Standing before a group of people—who were later confirmed to be close friends and family—Wilson looked straight at Kelly and said: "Kelly, you know I love you more than anything in the world..."
Without missing a beat, Ozzy jumped in with a cheeky response, saying: "F**k off you're not marrying my daughter."
The crowd couldn’t help but burst into laughter at the moment, and Wilson continued on with his heartfelt speech: "Nothing would make me happier than to spend the rest of my life with you. So, in front of your family and all of our friends... Kelly, will you marry me?"
As he gently slipped the ring onto her finger, you can spot Ozzy in the background, his face lit up with pride and happiness as he smiled from ear to ear.
Yesterday, Ozzy's family released a heartfelt statement confirming the sad news of his passing: "It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love."
"We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time."
Back in 1968, Black Sabbath came together and forever changed the music world.
With Ozzy at the helm, they helped create the heavy metal genre—a darker and more intense take on hard rock that quickly captured global attention during the '60s and '70s.
Ozzy was famous not only for his music but also for his wild on-stage antics. One of the most infamous moments came when he bit the head off a bat during a show. He also adopted the nickname "Prince of Darkness", which only added to his legendary, if controversial, image.
Despite the chaos, he showed a more relatable and human side when he starred in the reality TV show The Osbournes with his wife Sharon and their children Kelly and Jack. The show brought him even more fame and gave fans a glimpse into their unique and often hilarious family life.
